The Activ8 Terms and Conditions can only be amended in writing by Activ8. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of August 13, 2024, and supersede all previous versions. Activ8 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions, as well as any associated participating brands, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

4. Delivery Guidelines

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM). Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. We plan to expand our shipping services to other GCC countries in the near future.
